Bill is a highly-respected international business figure with a reputation for being a quietly determined executive combining a very pragmatic attitude with broad strategic vision, creative flair and strong leadership qualities. His experience as a senior corporate executive and an entrepreneur provide him with a unique perspective on opportunities and challenges confronting clients that he serves as a consultant.

He is a Founding Partner of the Prism Advisory Group and also serves as the Managing Partner of Venturism LLC, a company focused on incubating and accelerating new ventures. He has also served as a senior executive with major airlines and hotel groups such as Pan Am, Altair, ITT Sheraton and Best Western Worldwide Hotels. He has been a board member of public and private companies such as Micros Systems (now part of Oracle), Signature Inns, Passkey Inc. and Pegasus Systems. As an entrepreneur, he co-founded the following companies: Bi-Coastal Air Service, The Hotel Industry Switch Company (THISCO) that became Pegasus Systems, TLX Inc. and Keeping Pace, a unique footwear company for disabled children. His consulting clients have included Harley-Davidson, Sabre, Mandarin Oriental Hotels, Choice Hotels, Loews Hotels, ADB Global, Management of the Ronald Reagan Building in Washington DC, and many more.

In his private life, Bill serves as the Chairman of the Fund-Raising Committee at Gillette Children’s Specialty Hospital in St. Paul Minnesota for its research program focused on long term outcomes of children with disabilities transitioning into adulthood through its world-famous Gait & Motion Analysis Lab.
