Elaine has been passionate about problem solving and uncovering insights through research for more than 25 years. She has broad experience in both qualitative and quantitative research on a wide range of issues. She is at home with both traditional in-person focus groups and online surveys as well as online focus groups and newer, more innovative methodologies. She is a specialist in travel industry and destination research but has experience in several other industries including Real Estate, Automotive and Banking. As a Partner with Prism Advisory Group and its predecessor The Prism Partnership, Elaine has designed and conducted hundreds of research studies for some of the most recognizable names in travel. Prior to that she was Director of Research and Strategic Marketing at Best Western International. She has been published in Quirks Marketing Research and Hotel News Now. She has spoken at the Destinations International annual convention.
